Solution
At CES 2024, Siemens told a clear, moving, and memorable story that brought to life the company’s purpose: technology to transform the everyday, for everyone. The keynote — complete with cinematic media, dynamic interviews and newsworthy announcements — became one of the most viewed and covered keynotes in CES history.
InVision supported Siemens in positioning the company as the right fit for the opening keynote at CES 2024. And once the Consumer Technology Association awarded Siemens the coveted slot, we worked closely with our long-time client to craft the story they would tell on stage.
We started with a workshop to identify and develop a narrative that would communicate Siemens’ high-priority messages, engage and excite the target audience, shift perceptions of the Siemens brand, and generate positive media attention.
After building alignment on that narrative, we adapted it for the stage, translating complex technical information into a compelling, cohesive script. We created striking multimedia assets to bring it to life. And of course, we ensured that all presenters were well-rehearsed and the keynote itself was impeccably produced.
Result
The impact of the Siemens keynote at CES 2024 was significant. It generated over 1,000 unique media stories globally, reaching a potential audience of 3 billion. The keynote amassed over 1.5 million views, surpassing the next most-viewed keynote on the CES YouTube channel by 35%. Additionally, 86% of booth visitors recognized Siemens as a technology company, marking a 20 percentage point increase from 2023.
Through the activation at CES, it was clear that Siemens drove perception that they were a leading technology company in a way they had never done before.
